"...I hired Robert to do some work as part of a kitchen renovation. He and his crew were to remove and dispose of the old cabinets in my kitchen. They were also to remove the existing sheetrock ceiling and then replace it with new sheetrock, including taping and mudding the seams.

I must admit that I was a little apprehensive about hiring out this job. In the past I had encountered workmen that did not show up on the appointed day, did shoddy work or left a huge mess. In most of these situations the owner of the business would subcontract out the job and never set foot on the jobsite.

I was pleasantly surprised when Robert’s workmen showed up at the appointed time and day. They did a good job, and, most importantly to me, they did not leave a mess. Robert was there every day to make sure things were done to his standards. Anyone that has had sheetrock work done knows that there is an incredible amount of dust created. Robert’s men sealed off the entire kitchen with plastic sheeting. All of the dust was contained within the kitchen. At the end of each day, they swept, vacuumed and mopped the floor. They definitely went above and beyond my expectations.

Given the level of workmanship and the care taken, I feel that the price I paid was very reasonable. I have spoken with friends who paid much more and were unhappy with the finished product. Robert takes pride in the work and ensures it is done correctly. I would not hesitate to recommend him in the future."
